In this paper, it was found that stream temperature of the first effect, the first effect solution concentration and the every effect solution boiling point were the main influence of the assumption of heating stream, the investment of facilities and the assumption of cooling water through the analysis of three-effect heat pump evaporation of ammonium chloride. According to it the optimization model has been build up. In the model annually expenditure was taken as the object function, and stream temperature of the first effect, the first effect solution concentration and the every effect solution boiling point were taken as decision-making variables. The model belonged to restricted nonlinear programming question. Programmes of C++ Builder and MATLAB were adopted compoundly in order to combine high programme efficiency of MATLAB and speedy function velocity of C++ Builder. The SQP method was adopted as optimization method and the BFGS method was used in calculation of the Hessian matrix. The restricting infinitesimal value question was predigested to the unrestricting infinitesimal value question effectly. The optimal parameters of the three-effect heat pump evaporation of ammonium chloride has been obtained.The annually expenditure could get save of 7.5% after the optimization.
