Simple two-dimension gas chromatography with heart-cutting technique was firstly applied in analysis of pesticide residue at home. Analysis methods were established to determine pesticide residues in vegetable and rice, and actuality of organochlorine residue in Jiangsu Province was investigated.One analysis method was established to determine residue of five different pesticides such as β -HCH, p,p'-DDE, acetochlor, trifluralin, chlorpyrifos by temperature program with simple two-dimension gas chromatography and electrical conductivity detector (μ -ECD). Five pesticide was separated within 25 minutes and determination limits were in range of 10-13~10-14g. Different extraction methods and elution solvent were studied. As a result, ultrasonic wave assisted extraction and SPE can shorten the pretreatment, decrease the interference and improve the sensitivity. The recovery was 81.5%-91.8%, and RSD was less than 11.2%.Another analysis method was established to determine residue of 13 different organochlorine pesticides such as α -HCH, β - HCH, γ- HCH, δ - HCH, p,p'-DDT, p,p'-DDD, p,p'-DDE, o,p'-DDT, heptachlor, heptachlor epoxide, aldrin, dieldrin and endrin by temperature program with simple two-dimension gas chromatography and electrical conductivity detector ( μ- -ECD). Some pretreatment methods were mended, and ultrasonic wave assisted extraction and SPE were adopted, which can make work easy, and decrease the dosage of the solvent. 13 organochlorine pesticide can be separated within 30 minutes. Determination limits were in range of 10-13~10-14g. The recovery was 79.2%~92.4%,and RSD was less than 9.8%.Residue actuality of organochlorine pesticide was investigated. By analysis of organochlorine pesticide residues in rice, shell, fish fat and human fat, it was obvious that residue in rice and shell was significantly less than it in fish fat and human fat. Although residue in rice and shell was low, organochorine pesticide can still enrich by food chain to do harm to human.
