Since China's access to WTO, our farm products are frequently frustrated by green technical barriers in export trade, with the Apple Juice Concentrate (AJC) included. Patulin and pesticide residues are main factors which are responsible for the safety of AJC. Therefore, the research which aims to study the residual distribution regularity of patulin and pesticides during the Apple Juice Concentrate processing plays a significant role in the hazard analysis (HA) and the determination of the critical control points (CCPs). Exploring and applying a fast, efficient, sensitive determining method is important and impendent to the safety of AJC product, in order to breakthrough of the technical barriers, and smooth flow of AJC product to the world market. The residual distribution regularity and analytic methods of patulin and main organophosphorus pesticides residues in apple or AJC was studied in thesis, and the efficient methods with solid phase extraction (SPE) and matrix solid-phase dispersion (MSPD) techniques for the determination of patulin and 5 organophosphorus pesticides residues in apple or AJC by High-performance Liquid Chromatograph (HPLC) and Gas Chromatograph (GC) respectively have been established. The results of the studies are listed as follows:1. The analysis of patulin in AJC by HPLC with Silica SPE Pretreatment has also been studied. The recoveries of apple sample and AJC sample are 80.65%85.01% and 81.46%86.25% respectively, coefficient variations (C.V.)≤4.18% and the limit of determination is 0.002 mg/kg(AJC) and 0.0005 mg/kg.(apple); Clearly, the SPE method is faster, easier, and less expensive compared with liquid-liquid extraction (LLE), because LLE method is considerably expensive and time consuming owing to the use of large amounts of organic solvents and trivial performing,2. An efficient method with C18SPE technique for the determination of Patulin in apple and AJC by HPLC has been established. The recovery rate and the C.V. were 96.16%-104.12% and 1.19%-3.82%, the limit of determination is 0.005 mg/kg. It is a rapid, simple and economical method. Therefore, the proposed method is applicable to the efficient determination of patulin in the course of concentrated apple juice processing.3. MSPD-HPLC method for simultaneous detection of patulin residues in AJC has also been established. The recoveries of apple sample and AJC sample are 80.69%~...
