| Superabsorbent polymer ( SAP) is the functional material of polymer. Because of its distinctive water-absorbing and water-preserving properties SAP have been used for water-keeping and water-saving in agriculture, forestry, horticulture, etc. Anti-salt performance is important index for SAP. But, for general SAP of Sodium Polyacrylate , its anti-salt performance is bad. Researching high anti-salt performance have become important direction for scientific workers.In this article, superabsorbent polymer with the high anti-salt performance was prepared by means of solution copolymerization taking AA and HEMA as copolymer monomer and NMBA as cross-linking agent.The Studies showed that mole ratio of AA and HEMA is 95:5, amount of crosslinking agent is 0.03%, amount of initiator is 0.14%, AA neutralization is 80%, temperature of copolymerization is 70°C, time of copolymerization is 4h. Capability of absorbing water for SAP is 570g/g. SAP have better anti-salt performance . The results showed that superabsorbent polymer synthesized can absorb 1% NaCl solution near to 100 g/g and 5% NaCl solution excess 50 g/g.Technics had been optimized by orthogonal experiments. The optimized resules showed that AA neutralization is 80%, amount of initiator is 0.14%,mole ratio of AA and HEMA is 95:5, amount of crosslinking agent is 0.03% . For superabsorbent polymer synthesized capability of absorbing water is 786g/g. In researched four factors effect of crosslinking agent is most , secondly is mole ratio of AA and HEMA, least is amount of initiator. Superabsorbent polymer of preferable absorbing Capability may be obtained by distillated AA .With using AA-HEMA copolymer superabsorbent polymer in solution of different salts,the results showed that AA and HEMA copolymer SAP was stable for absorption of liquid in diluted brine, the absorbing capacity in case of water containing NaBr for the copolymer was better than that of Poly-AA SAP, and absorbing capacity in case of water containing NaBr was better than that in case of... |
