2-Methyl Epichorohydrin (MECH) is an important organic chemical intermediate. And it's application is quite abroad. Now, the production is mostly sold to America, Japan and some countries in Europe. The demand exceeds supply. The profit is high. This item gets imbursement from natural science fund.In our research, the method of preparing 2-Methyl Epichorohydrin (MECH)is directly epoxy oxidation by MAC and H2O2, using Ti-Si molecular sieve as catalyzer. This technics flow is short, no pollution. TS-1 zeolite with Ti(IV) in the framework of silicalite is a new kind of zeolite catalyst developed in 1980s. It was found that TS-1 has unique catalytic properties. It can activate aqueous hydrogen peroxide to oxide many organic compounds selectively. These oxidation reactions carried out at ambient conditions (near room temperature) with little byproducts. The titanium-silicalite catalysts have attracted much attention and many environment-friendly selective-oxidation processes have been developed based on TS-1-H2O2 oxidation system.This paper summarized many domestic and overseas literatures about preparation's methods and the applications of MECH, and the property, applications of TS-1.In addition, we study on the conditions of preparing MECH and TS-1.But this research has a...
