This assignment is about to prepare conducting polyaniline, magnetic nikel nanoparticles and their composites in reverse microemulsion. At first, electric conductance was used to determine the characteristic of water-in-oil microemulsions system based on AOT surfactant. Some factors, such as oil used as the continuous phase, temperature and the water-to-surfactant concentration ratio could be studied. In this paper, we find that heptane as solvent and cAOT=0.1 mol·l-1 have the max Wo([water]/[surfactant]), and the higher temperature the lower W0.And then, the microemulsion has been used to synthesize conducting polyaniline, in the chemical oxidative polymerization of aniline, HC1 as the dopant and APS as the oxidant have been used. The structure and character were analyzed by TEM, SEM, UV-Vis, FTIR, XRD and conductivity measurements. At the same time, nanosized nickel has been prepared by two reducing agents (NaBH4 and N2H4·H2O) in the microemulsion. The structure and character were investigated by TEM, SEM, XRD and the hysteretic magnetization loop., and Ni nanoparticles reduced by NaBH4 reducing agent appeared ferromagnetic properties (Ms=70.68 emu/g, Mr=28.02 emu/g, Hc= 1334 Oe).In the end, conducting PANI and magnetism Ni nanocompounds proposed to be synthesized in the same reverse microemulsion. In order to get a appropriate electricity and magnetism matching materials.
