According to the character of aromaticity within ferrocene, a variety of derivates of ferrocene has been synthesized. On the one hand ,ferrocene can be changed into a number of acids containing ferrocene , which can also react with many metals and become coordination compounds so that we can study some special characters changing from ferrocenecarboxylato to their coordination compounds. Finally, the author gain two compounds of ferrocenecarboxylato whose crystals are suitable for X-ray analyzing. Element analysis, IR and UV also confirm corresponding natures existing in the two compounds .Quantum chemical calculations and electronic chemistry analysis are also helpful to study these compounds and their coordination compounds. On the other hand, the same methods are also appropriate to study Schiff base containing ferrocene.Recently, a novel organic chemical reaction has been discovered by the author and we name it C-X reaction ,which occurs in the condition of catalysts of AlCl3 and ferrocene at room temperature. The author arrange two phthalic anhydride to be the novel compound with connection of C-C bond whose especial character is that its bond distance is longer than pure C-C bond ,even longer than CH3-CH3, There are two novel bonds of C-0 and C-C whose bond distance is distinguishing to what we have known .The novel compound is symmetric and has two approximate n-pentagons. From the view of packing down of the novel compound ,we can learn that there exists a large quantities of H bonds among molecules ,which make the compound be a stable one-dimension chain of supermolecular compound through forces of H bonds.
