Pyrethroid insecticides have played decisive role in pestcides in ourcountry because of high effect and low toxicity. In pyrethroid insecticides mostof formations are emulsifiable concentrates and the concentration of organicsolvent is high. So environment is polluted seriously. Agro-microemulsion ismade use of water instead of organic solvent, that reducing not only endangerof organic solvent to environmen but also cost of produce. Now the mainproblem to restrict development of agro-microemulsion is its bad stability . Inorder to solve this problem, we have studied fenvalerate microemulsion as thefollowing aspects:1. We have screened out a better formulation through integrating theorganic concept chart and complex mixed experiments. The physicochemicalproperties of fenvalerate microemulsion were evulated. The stability was bestin experimentations such as the high-temperature preserve, low-temperaturepreserve and normal-temperature preserve.2. Research was conducted on the relationship between theconcentrations of a surfactant blend and n-butanol on the maximum amount offenvalerate that could be added during formation of a microemulsion .Multivariable regression analysis was used to establish a theoreticalmathematical model . Y=A+BXc+CXs A=-18.17, B=2.75, C=1.25, with an application range as follows:at 30℃, C(n-butanol)(%)=1.0~3.5, C(surfactant)(%)= 13~22.3. By researching the effective factors such as temperature, concentrationof salt, concentration and kinds of co-surfactant , pH value on the phasebehaviour of fenvalerate microemulsion, we have analyzed the best condition...
