This thesis consists of two parts:applications of ultrasound in organic synthesis and studies on Cannizzaro Reaction Of Aromatic Aldehydes Under Ultrasound. Part1 :The applications of ultrasound in organic synthesis using metal reagentUltrasound is used more and more frequently in organic synthesis in recent three decades.Compared with traditional methods, this new method is more convenient and easily controlled. A great many oforganic reactions can be carried out in higher yields,shorter time or milder conditions under ultrasonicirradiation. It can even set off some reactions, which can not be carried out under traditional conditions. The applications of ultrasound in organic synthesis using metal reagent years have been reviewed in this paper. Part2:Studies on Cannizzaro reaction of aromatic aldehydes under ultrasound.
