Research On Synthesis Of Herbicide Safener Fenclorin

Herbicide safener is an active ingredient to the target weeds and keep crops from the harm of herbicide selectively .Fenclorin discussed in this paper is the saferner in pretilachlor ,rice could be kept away from the harm of herbicide. In the paper, synthesis and analysis of fenclorin is discussed and researched ,and so is the industrialisation.Three ways leads to the synthesis of fenclorin, one way discussed here has 3 steps. Stepl :benzonitrile using as raw material goes though dry hydrogen chloride and becomes a-imino phenylmethyl ether after meet carbinol. Then let NH3 in, get benzamidine hydrochloride after replacing methoxy (Yield:76.18%); Step 2:benzamidine hydrochloride is cycloadded to propanedioic acid diethyl ester in alkalescence,and becomes pyrimidinol (Yield:84.39%?). Step3: pyrimidinol is chloridized in Phosphorus oxychloride and get fenclorin finally.(Yield:87.29%)Reaction condition is optimized by Orthogonal test to find out key factors by making many experiments, and an efficient and practical way is got in these experiments, the total Yield is close to 56%, more than (literature yield 38%). on the basis of lab research, and pilot production cooperated with manufacture, the Yield of pilot production get the level of lab research. Furthermore, the content of the product is analyzed by HPLC for quantitative analysis. Relative standard deviation of the method:0.84%, accuracy: ≥98%.The discovery of herbicide safener fenclorin is not only a great success in the pesticide field in China but a huge progress and benefit in the agriculture of the mainland.
