In the process of oxygen consumption biologic treatment of municipalwaste water, the aeration technique of oxygen consumption is the most importantand the most expensive annulus of craft in the treatment of waste water.Nowadays, the low efficiency and the high consumption of energy of thetechnique of the aeration technique of oxygen consumption is the reason of highfacility ,capacity and construction investment of aeration basin and the highoperation cost .Analysing the reasons, the essence is still the low efficiency ofthe treatment craft and mass transfer efficiency of technic facility of waste waterfactory.The deliver ratio of oxygen decide the ability of biologic treatmentsystem of oxygen consumption at last. Therefore, in this paper we design thehybrid biological reactor from the angle of mass transfer dynamics, expatiatedetailedly the character and mechanics of the hybrid biological reactor and studythe best operating conditions,processing parameter and influencing factor of thehybrid biological reactor.By the way of comparison between this craft and thepracticable craft, we generalize the merit of this craft in the treatment of urbansewage.In the chapter three of this paper, under the normal condition, including oneatmosphere and 20℃, we proceed the checkout of oxygenated clear water in thehybric biological reactor.The finding of the test display the law:1,After adding in standpipe carrier, the data measured is much better than the data befor adding in standpipe carrier.This explain that afteradding in standipipe carrier, air bubble make intensive turbulent motion throughnarrow space and strengthen the mass transfer. Due to strengthening the effectsof hydraulic power trimming, it counteract the merge and growing of air bubbleand enhance the utilization ratio of air.2 ,The data after adding standpipe of caliber 35mm is much better thanthat after adding the standpipe of caliber 50mm.This explain that through thesmaller duct space litter air bubble can make more intensive turbulent fluctuation,so enhance the abevacuation and utilization of oxygen.After the system stabilize, we change the operation factor of detain time,gas water ratio,reflux ratio and the amount of discharging earth ,determine thesuitable controlling parameter and comprise to the production run of thepracticable craft.The result indicate:When COD is between 350 mg/L and 550 mg/L, BOD5 is between170 mg/L and 220 mg/L, organic load ratio reach2.44kgCOD/kgMLSS.d, gas water ratio adopt 2.5~3.1, and after 1.5~2haeration treatment, the ratio of COD removal can reach above 80%, soit can meet the emission standard of urban sewage.In comparison to the traditional craft of plant area system, theaeration time of the test craft is about 25% of the traditional craft; airdemand is less than 25%; the removal ratio of pollutant is higher, thewater quality of yielding water stabilize. The test prove that this craftis better than the traditional one in efficiency,speed rate and theconsumption of energy.In the chapter five of this paper we study the dynamics of biochemicalreaction.Due to the disaccord between the active sludge and biomembrane, theway of active sludge use MLVSS as the reflect of the effective biomass, but theway of biomembrane usually adopt surface loading to study and calculate.
