Cool bending tube using pipe bender is the main method of tube forming. There are many kids of Pipe bender in nation and abroad. With the development of society and technology, more and more demand on bent-tube's quantity and quality is proposed by many industries such as shipbuilding, automobile, and beating. But the technology of bent-tube got behind of the developed country. In order to comfort with the needing of the national factory, we should do something to improve the technology of bent-tube in nation. This dissertation does lots of analyses on the Hydraulic CNC Pipe Bender what abroad used in the mobile industries, and analyses the lack of the Hydraulic CNC Pipe Bender. We use the DXF what broadly used file format of AutoCAD to realize the connection of AutoCAD and the bending program of Hydraulic CNC Pipe Bender. This measure reduces the influence of the old curve-input method. This article made a further study on the springback of the bent-pipe what strongly influence the precision of bender forming, and try to find out the method to improve the precision of tube forming. We successfully got the relationship between the sprinback and the arc of bent-pipe in theory. In our experiments, we got the k and c (coefficient of the spingback), then we can put these coefficient in the formula of springback and Then we use this formula to auto compensate the springback of the bent-pipe in the program of the Hydraulic CNC Pipe Bender. Through these methods we can obviously enhance the bending precision and efficiency.The dissertation consists of six chapters. In the first two chapters , the development and present situation of bent-tube forming was introducted. The content and aim of study are proposed. Introduce the process and principle of the Hydraulic CNC Pipe Bender, especially the process of how the Hydraulic CNC Pipe Bender is working.
