A bleaching technology is necessary when produce the refined oils, the methods of bleaching are difference, but the most general one is take the use of activated SBC (spent bleaching clay) for its absorption capability. It will lose its activity and become a polluting source, And even leads accident fire for its high oil content. So studies were did on oil degradation in SBC by microorganism, and it showed highly significance. The feasibility in degrading the oils in SBC with strains of II fungus, Rhizopus, Mucor, phosphorous bacterium, Aspergillus and saccharomycecte were studied. The results showed that degradation capability of Mucor was the strongest, and shaking flask culture was prior to plate culture, its optimized culture medium was made up of 20% SBC,1% glucose,0.2%K2HPO4, 0.1%yeast lotion, 60μ1 Tween-80, and the best culture conditions were 130r/min, pH6.07.0, 28℃, Under these best conditions, when fermented 96 hours, the oils degradation efficiency was the best, the degradation ratio came to 85.9%, and only 3.52% oil residue in the sample.Four prevailing bacteria were separated and purified from mildewed lard, earth from DaQing oil field and SBC. Studies showed that Candida sp.,Bacillus, Asp oryzae had high oil-degradation capability. The main factors that affected them on oil-degradation were temperature, nitrogen concentration, nitrogen composition. Under condition 37℃,with 0.2ml...
