Wastewater sludge is the solid waste produced form wastewater treatment process, it consist of zoogloea and its adsorptive organic compounds or inorganic compound. Sludge usually contains much water, its volume are 10 times of solid status. Sludge with active and huge characteristics, it easily gets putridness and difficult for transportation and treatment. If sludge can not be treatment properly, it would produce second pollution and waste resource. This article adopt regular sludge treatment technology to sludge comes from petroleum wastewater, using dehydratase to condense the sludge, destroy its stability, improving solidity, improving dehydration efficiency.Sludge dehydration is difficult to treat especially contains those organic compound such as microorganism, alga etc. in order to separate water from sludge, we do research based on the following three aspects: Sludge characteristics test Prioritize dehydratase selection Sludge dehydration testWe decide the basic dehydratase after sludge characteristics test, getting dehydration data after prioritize dehydratase selection, eventually get sludge dehydration process chart after dehydration test, and recommend to expand sludge dehydration test, applying the testing result into actual operation.
