Currently, there are several matters in the process of utilizing coal gangue, such as badly synthetical using, too much resource loss, single and cheap products, serious environment pollution and low economic benefit. Sulphoaluminate cement is one kind of abio-nonmetal material. It has excellent capabilities, extensive using and high addictive value. So utilizing coal gangue in Fuxin to produce sulphoaluminate cement is feasible. This approach not only can make full use of coal gangue in Fuxin district, but also can solve the serious environment pollution problem.This thesis analyzes the mineralogical, petrological and chemical characters of Fuxin gangues. Based on these characters, we try hard to choose reasonable experimental project and fish out the best prescription and the best technique about utilizing Fuxin gangues to produce sulphoaluminate cement. The aim is to make the performance of products fine and increase the using ratio of the coal gangue.Through X-ray diffraction and scanning electric analysis of clinker and hydration product, we study the forming and hydrating mechanism of the sulphoaluminate cement's mineral; probe into the influence of calcined mechanism, composition of clinker mineral and hydrate process on the performance of the sulphoaluminate cement; discuss the functions of TiO2, CaF2, Cr2O3 MgO, Fe2O3, BaO, SO3 R2O etc in formation of cement and the influence of these microelements on the performance of the sulphoaluminate cement.The study indicates that it is feasible to utilize Fuxin coal gangues to produce sulphoaluminate cement. And it provides a new approach for Fuxin district's economic diversions and is significant for achieving the resource — environment — economic developing together.
