With the fast development of the poultry and livestock industry in china, the environmental pollution caused by a large amount of domestic animal's manure has become a problem to be solved urgently. During all kinds of treating method at present, dealing with domestic animals manure with earthworm receives the extensive attention both at home and abroad, for environmental protection, high-efficiency, according with material ecological circulation and so on. Relevant studies and applications have already launched, but which are mainly concentrated on earthworm disposing cow dung, researchs on pig and chicken of excrement are seldom made and have no system.. Because of this, the paper studied the process of earthworm treating with pig and chicken of ordure systematically and deeply. The paper selected Eisenia foetida, which has a strong decomposing organic wastes ability and studied relevant process and compared with the process of earthworm dealing with the cow dung at the same time. Firstly, we did the single factor experiment, studying the influence of temperature, humidity, inoculation density and the ratio of C/N on Eisenia foetida's growth and reproduction and treating effect of the excrement and urine. The results indicated:(1) Eisenia foetida is suitable for dealing with pig and chicken manure .(2) The ranges of the better process of Eisenia foetida dealing with the animal manure are that temperature is 15-25℃, The humidity is 65-75%,60-70%,65-75% separately, inoculation density is 8-12 earthworm per 90g dry bait, and the ratio of C/N is 18.2-24.3, 16.1-18.9, 19.4-24.7 separately.(3) The pre-disposing pig manure and vemicast were also tested and compared, the results show that the contents of the whole nitrogen and the whole phosphorus drop; the whole potassium, quick-acting nitrogen , quick-acting phosphorus , and quick-acting potassium rise; the value of PH drops, neutrality leaning towards alkalinity.(4) Regarding pig and chicken dung as the bait, the influence of the different pre-disposing pig and chicken manure on earthworm's growth and reproduction is remarkable. Regarding the pig and chicken manure as bait that had been composted 14 days, the earthworm's growth and breeding are better. Regarding the cow dung as bait, the influence of the different pre-disposing cow manure on earthworm's growth and breeding is indistinctive, the differences of growth rate and reproduction rate are quite small.
