Compare with traditional fermenting technology of edible fungus, there are many advantages for fermenting technology of liquid fungus seed. As some profession says, it is a symbol of the developing direction of edible fungus. Fermenting pot is the key device of product liquid fungus. This dissertation mainly expatiate the structure and principle of the system that use CAD technology to design and analysis the liquid fungus fermenting pot. It can complete the design and drawing work of the fermenting pot instead of work of designer. The system is compiled with Visual Basic 6.0, VBA and SQL Server. The involved technology is as follow:1. Planting technology of edible fungus, fermenting technology of liquid fungus seed, and the advantage and disadvantage compared with the former. With this we can show the background and the foreground of the system.2. The database technology. In the system we will use database to save and manage data and parameters correlate with the system. We did it using DAO data orientation object to combine VB with database.3. Customized development of AutoCAD. Explained the main theory of VBA, and the thought using in program; compared the features with the other two AutoCAD customized development technology.4. Stress analysis with Finite Element Tool. Analyzed the stress in fermenting pot with the Finite Element tool—ANSYS; enhanced the security of design, and enabled the further optimizing.5. Parameter imitating. Actualized automatic searching of history graph in computer with the technology of parameterized curve imitating; its main theory is selecting the function which tolerance is smaller as the curve's equation.
