Chemistry synthesis of fullerene derivatives has been focused attention upon in the research field going with development of fullerene chemistry. Many designed fiillerenes derivatives have been obtained with the controllability of chemistry synthesis. The synthesis of open-cage fullerene is the foreland of fullerene chemistry. We successfully design and synthesize many aza—bridged [60] fulleroid, however, the open-cage are shielded by the side chain due to whose space structure. So we design and synthesize two open-cage fullerene derivatives: Diaza—bridged [60] fulleroid that the length of the side chain are increased. In a way they reduce the atom of side chain to shield of open-cage. There is an eleven members cage on the surface of C60. These open-cage fullerene derivatives are of great importance because of the possibility in organic synthesis of endohedral fullerene complexes, which encapsulate many kinds of materials such as rare gases, in particular metals and molecular hydrogen.
