With the development of society, people need energy more and more. However the energy resources used now are getting less day by day. Tritium will be one of the important energy in the future. Because of these reasons , many people are researching the tritium in some countries in the world. At the same time, people have made progress in measurement method of tritium. It is different in the measurement instrument and the chemical agents and the compositions of the sample. So, it is very necessary to study tritium measurement method of some special conditions of the technological process. If we don't do the condition experiments, only using the methods of others, we can't get the results which are believed by others. We must make the experiments to deal with the measurement instrument and the chemical agents, and we can't get the correct result. we make these experiments so that we can master the characters of the measurement instrument and the chemical agents, and we can knew the composition of the sample. We can get a good beginning for the correct result.To deal with the specific condition of the enlarged experiment of the No. three project. We use liquid scintillation method to monitor very part tritium of the enlarged experiment of the No. three project. By studying the affect factors such as temperature, bright, the solvent of scintillation liquid, the solute of scintillation liquid, emulsification, the amount between the scintillation liquid and the sample, the time of avoid light.
