Sulfonated melaine formaldehyde condensation compound (MS) is a kind of the macrolecular surfactant.It is first successfully developed by West Germany in Middle perior of the sixties of the 20th century.As a kind of the surperplasticizer, while using in the concrete, disperse the cement of good perfomancly, the high, earlystrength resuit of water-reducing rate does not influence the concrete to condense time and characteristic including tolerance remarkably and basically. In some large-scale, focal points and building specially in application of the peoject engineering in the country, MS has made the good result, the ones that have established this product in the concrete project circle and admixture field should be high-profile. Forfathers' development of it, updating until popularizing and applying the development course that has passed more than 20 years too.Sulfonated melaine formaldehyde condensation compound (MS) is synthesized by the reaction of melamine, formaldehyde and sodium bisulfite. This thesies chooses this subject as the research object. The effect of the different reactional conditions on the dispersive properly of the polyers are investigated systemically. Including such contents as follows: 1.By studyinh the disperse property of the MS,we can see such factors as different proportion of the material,temperature,time and the pH of the solution that can affect the properties of the MS.Then the optical proportion of the material and the best technology of reaction were selected.2. Utilize amino sulfonic acid to formate the new water-reducing agent-MSA.3. Through determining the infrared spectrum of the middle result , have proved that the chemical constitution of MS changes.4. Determine the influence of the water-reducing agent of MS mobile to the cement .The water-reducing mechanism of MS was analyzed by measuring the adsorptive capacity of MS on the surface of the CaCO3, also by testing its zeta electric potential.The water-reducing effect was generated by the absorption,lubricating, stereo resistence and the static repulsionof the -SO3 on the surface of the solid particle.5.The effect of the different sulphonating degrees of MSS on the water-reducing efficiency isresearched.6. By measuring the erode of the reinforcing steel bar of the concrete,and the compressive strength of the pure concrete and the concrete with the MS,we can conclude that MS is a kind of high rang water reducing agent.At the same proportion of W/C , the fluidity of the concrete with this kind of high water-reducing agent has improved greatly compared to the same concrete without the water-reducing agent. The compressive strength and the erode of the reinforcing steel bar of the concrete has also enhanced.7. By measuring the water-reducing efficiency and the compressive strength of the mixed MSS concrete and the concrete with the MSA, we can conclude that MSA is superior to MSS.
