In this discourse, we mostly study how the SRB dispose the wastewater which contains high consistency SO42-.ASBR technics was applied in this experimentation. We researched the life property of SRB in anaerobic condition, the HRT of ASBR to dispose the acidity TiO2, the most suitable growth temperature of SRB .At the same time, we researched the infection of COD/SO42- ratio, the pH of wastewater and different experimentation temperature to the SO42- deoxidization effect. At the same time, we researched the optimal function working procedure of ASBR.We acquire better results in this experimentation, the elimination ratios of simulation wastewater and TiO2 achieve 91.7% and 88.3% respectively, the highest dimension load touches 1.10KgSO42-/m3·d and 1.053KgSO42-/m3·d. Wastewater can be let in the range of GB 3838-88, the disposal wastewater concentration less than 250mg/L. Using gas circulation to drive wastewater circulation is one strongpoint of this technology which can prevent H2S poisoning SRB whisking the wastewater.Examination optimal function parameter: HRT=24h, COD/ SO42-=2.42.8, optimal pH=7.18.2, intermission whisking, T=35℃37℃.The optimal function working procedures: filling 0.5h, reaction 6.0h, deposition 1.0h, venting 0.5h. The technics traits: easily gains granular sludge, runs with high loading, operates simply and so on.Analyzing and researching kinetics in the phase of disposal TiO2 shows that linearity correlation coefficient is 0.9835. It is can be considered that the linearity correlation character is good.
