Mine drainage contains not only some suspension solid but also some deliquescent solid. AS the acidity of mine drainage become stronger, the suspension solid and the deliquescent solid increase. The common methods only aim at suspension solid not the deliquescent solid. So the recycle of the mine drainage is restricted. Some mining area is relatively short of water sources, the capital of treatment and utilize mining drainage is very high.Basing on the reality, in this paper bring up optimum treatment method and optimum technological process which is realized by the whole-in-one mechano-electrical treatment equipment. This paper mainly studies the control system that uses Fieldbus as the control mode. The control system combines SIEMENS PLC, some control modules and STEP7-Micro/WIN32 to control the taches of the system. In order to facilitate the enterprise, the control system configures the wire and wireless network.When this system are running in mining area in Shanxi ,it has reached the expect control aim and had good effect. It is show that whole-in-one mechano-electrical treatment equipment. is not only suitable for treatment of mine wastewater but also suitable for treatment of water supply, and has advantages of flexible technological combination, easy control, compact size and less maintenance etc. The automatic control equipment equipped on it can not only optimize technological operation data but also match with remote monitor and control function to facilitate operation and management. Some valuable attempt for modularization, integration and intelligentization of auto control in wastewater treatment has been done, and it provides a valuable reference idea for advancing the level of auto control system in wastewater treatment in our country.
