Study On Process And Application Of PET HMLS Industrial Yarn

This article studied on current market situation and perspective of high modulus low shrinkage (HMLS) fibers. According to investigation and documents survey about HMLS, trial production and process technology research has been carried out by means of PET Industrial yarn facilities such as trail production line, labs and instruments in YCF Technology Center. Meanwhile, the effects of the process conditions, such as raw materials, spinning speed, setting temperature on their structure and properties have been studied by various testing techniques, such as WAXD, DSC and so on. The differences on production, equipment and technology between HMLS and textile filaments and conventional Industrial yarn have also been contrastively analyzed. The key factors of HMLS production have been obtained to make sure of the final quality of products.
