Coated T/C mixed fabrics are difficult to test their exact content of Terylene and Cotton. In the paper, dyed T/C fabric was used for component content analysis. This fabric was coated with polyacrylate(PA) and polyurethane(PU). First, chose water as a solvent, but had no effect. Then, chose acetone ,ethyl acetate, xylene and dimethylformamide according to solubility parameter close principle as solvents to dissolve coating finishing agents .The paper compared the solve rate and the coating rate of PA and PU in different organic solvents at various temperature, it indicated that dimethylformamide was the best solvent. At different temperature , dimethylformamide was used to dissolve PA and PU. The paper found a best method to dissolve PA and PU, that is , adding 100ml dimethylformamide for one gram T/C coated fabrics, then treating for 1 hr at 50℃ . After the treatment, the coating agents were almost dissolved all, the solve rate of PA and PU was nearly equal the coating rate .Then analyzed the component content of T/C according to the normal method, the result was the same with the uncoated T/C fabrics.
