| Due to the downhole-motors are widely used in the ocean drilling platform, the performance required highly demand. On the traditional testing table, manual measurement is not satisfied with high precision and real-time requirement. Thus, based on knowing about the composition and principle of the testing table carefully, the author makes use of measurement technology and computer technology, and thinks about the working features of the downhole-motors, the data acquisition system is designed.The hardware frame form is the general multi-channel structure of DAS based on the PCI bus. It is composed of computer, 32 channels A/D card, pressure sensor, flux sensor, speed sensor, torque sensor, signal adjustment circuit etc. In order to reduce system errors of sampling channels and insure coherence, sampling channels are calibrated. Further more, considering the different disturbance circumstance of testing table, the author takes some measures to improve the reliability and anti-jamming capability of system.With Visual Basic 6.0 programmable language and the windows standard DLL along with the PCI-8310 multi-lab card, the author designs a set of visualized operating software in order to make the data acquisition system work properly. With the software engineering guidance, the idea of object-oriented programming (OOP) runs through whole developing process. The software interface is designed simply and easily operated and independent module. 7 channels can sample pressure signals, flux signals, speed signals, torque signals and temperature signals, etc. The author makes the system hardware and software working coordinately, and this system has the following functions: data acquisition, real-time graph displaying, curve simulating, report printing, etc. The experimental result is satisfied.In a word, the system combines the two main functions of data acquisition and information management. It fulfils the testing requirement, achieves the design standard and has strong utility value.
