By analysing mainly the present situation of microbe restoration technology researchin China and overseas,a pot experiment was carried out on the effects of arbuscularmycorrhizal(AM)fungi used oral tailing and soil reclaimed as base. The study contentsinclude:the analysis about the elements content of the shoots and roots of the plants wasmade after harvest,in order to comparing the absorbability of the plants inoculated to P,K,Ca,Mg with the absorbability of the check plants to them and to comparing theabsorbability of the plants inoculated to Mn ,Cu ,Zn ,Cr ,Cd ,Pb with theabsorbability of the check plants to them,According to these datas we can deciside ifheavu metal can influence the growth of the plants;an identification wan made if thecontents of them change apparently by analysing the contents of elements of the soilinoculated and the check plants. The research shows that plant yields increase with soild depth. Mycorrhizal plants canabsorb more nutrient than non-mycorrhizal ones, and can increase absorbability of P and Kfor plants,Plant biom ass and nutrient content for mycorrhizal plants in reclaimed soilwith a small soil thickness of 5cm and a great iron-tailing thickness of 10cm are higherthan those for non-mycorrhizal plants in reclaimed soil with a great soil thickness of 10cmand a small iron-tailing thickness of 5cm. Arbuscular mycorrhizae have potential tocounteract the effect induced by a small thickness of covered soil.Mycorrhiza fungi of inoculation can inactivate heavy metal such as Pb and Cr,canmake accumulation of heavy metal in roots or shoots or leaves,so the transshipment ofthem to the seeds can be suppressed.Mycorrhizal plants can prevent plants from theexcessive accumulation of Mn,and translate less to shoots, and can suppress toxic actionof Al by pretecting roots from carriaging excessive Al.
