| Tannic extract is an effective way to clean city gas, which has been widely used and received prominent effect.The process of desulfurization has not been studied and explained efficiently for tannic is a catalyst from plant with complex structure. In order to explain the problem, Research have been carried on to the effective component part of Tannic extract, the nature of the functional group of tannic extract was analysed by organic colormetrical reaction, the result show the main functional group of tannic extract included Phenol , aldehyde , carboxyl , ketone and quinine , by Infrared spectrum analysis , tannic extract included much hydroxylconbined with hydrogen bond. And the content of Phenol hydroxyl and carboxyl was determined; Experimental investigated the relationship between the recycled ability of tannic extract in Quinone condition and metavanadate , and carried on research to the mechanism of tannic extract and metavanadate complexing . By compared test, it was found that tannic extract and metavanadate(IV) could form blue complexion which had a equal composition propotion, and this complexion's stability contanst K_Tannic extract =1.44x10~4 . The result show tannic extract can be used as carrying oxgen and complexing solvent.By theory analysis and spectrum scanning result, tannic extract's highest absorbance wavelength was found at 320 nm. Then experimental utilized UV spectrophotometry at 320nm detecting the determination of tannin extract . The result show this new method was rapid, accurate ( recovery near 100%), Precision is high (Rsd less than 0.32%), have a good reproducibility What's more, experimental utilized tannin acid colormetrical method replacing pyrogallic acid colormetricalmethod to detecting the determination of total metavanadate which made the stability of coloraietricai solvent imporved, and utilized H2O2 removing determining interference on suspend sulfide's determination ,which made process more simple and direct.
