0Cr12Mn5Ni4Mo3Al is nickel saving type half Austenitic precipitation hardening stainless steel, it is a transition precipitation hardening stainless steel between Martensitic precipitation hardening stainless steel and Austenitic precipitation hardening stainless steel featuring super-strength of Martensitic precipitation hardening stainless steel and high toughness of Austenitic precipitation hardening stainless steel. Therefore, high pressure pipe without flaring and requiring high airtightness and fatigue strength and great anticorrosion capability is made of this kind of steel and is used on a certain type of aircraft, it is first time for this steel to be used on domestic-made aircraft. Study on research and application of Austenitic stainless steel material in this paper, have mainly analyzed the influence of alloying element on steel organization and heat treatment, introduced to the method of improving the Austenitic precipitation hardening stainless steel performance. Carrying out the heat treatment craft experiment of 0Cr12Mn5Ni4Mo3Al----Austenitic precipitation hardening stainless steel, have introduced to the influence of the heat treatment experiment on phase and organization of the material, especially introduced to the influence of solution treatment temperature on Austenitic crystalline grain degree, analyzed the influence of different cold treatment temperature on quantity of Martensitic and ageing temperature on metallography organize, introduced the impact of the heat treatment on the material performance, analyzed microstructure of 0Cr12Mn5Ni4Mo3Al----Austenitic precipitation hardening stainless steel in an all-round way with different solution treatment, cold treatment, ageing temperature and time. Its heat treatment process parameters are very complicated and have many variable factors, regular law of solution temperature and time, cold treatment temperature and ageing temperature and time affecting strength, structure, hardness and toughness is obtained, microstructure analysis is conducted with transmission electric mirror and X-ray, to optimum heat treatment process parameters are obtained, to manufacture high pressure pipe without for a certain type of aircraft.
