At present, the pipe string must be tripped repeatedly for many times in the process from perforation to well-on-stream with the technology of routine perforation. Manpower and material resources are wasted. Furthermore, if there exists abnormal pressure layer in the perforation segment, blowout is likely to happen, which may cause safety problem to the cable perforating performance, and also pollute the ground environment badly. In addition, the well killing in successive operation will cause secondary pollution, so as to influence the production capacity of oil and gas wells. When the down-hole operation string was designed in the past, there were only the practical experience and subjective judgment as the basis, lacking the scientific theoretical calculation. The real borehole axis is not an ideal straight line, but a helical line with arbitrary curvature, so the contact problem between the down-hole string and the borehole face is a kind of arbitrary contact nonlinear mechanics problem, which can not be solved by the common methods from material mechanics and structural mechanics. Therefore, the interstitial element theory of multi-way contact friction with spatial static force and finite element method were presented in this paper, the analysis model for tube string mechanics was built and the analysis software for tube string mechanics was programmed. According to the results from the software analysis, the neutral point position of the string, the contact state between the string and the borehole face and the distortion status can be diagnosed accurately, which provides strong theoretic basis for string designing and operation decision. The test and field application showed that the results of theoretic computation with the software could fit the data from on-the-spot survey pretty well, which told us that the interstitial element theory is right. This technology can make various perforating guns match with oil recovery tube string or water injection string. It can be applied in the bring-in-a-well of various injection/production wells. The technology meets the standard of ground environmental protection HSE, avoids the secondary pollution to the hydrocarbon reservoir. The research findings of this paper not only can be applied in Daqing oil field, but also be popularized to various development wells in all oil fields around the country. With this research finding, the operation flow chart can be cut down, improving the operation efficiency. This technology can produce great economic and social benefits.
