The water content from extraction oil liquid of oil well rises rapidly with taking oil field water flooding, steam flooding measure so that raising the liquid yield of the oil production by a large scale. Meanwhile, technologies for tertiary oil extraction have been relatively well developed in recent years, With different oil recovery auxiliary chemicals are applied in oilfield to make extraction liquid composition of crude oil , especially heavy oil and super heavy oil become complicated further more. The efficiency and speediness for demulsification of heavy oil and super heavy oil become key factor for the cost of oil extraction, the quality and quantity of oil and the control of environmental pollution. Hereby, studying, developing, producing and using new-type high-efficient demulsifier is really meaningful for crude oil, especially for heavy oil and super heavy oil. The research for the heavy oil demulsifier is to get processing parameter comprehensively and acurately via developing and screening high effective demulsifier, so that offer basis data on which will solve the heavy oil demulsification problem as soon as possible. The paper work deals with studying crude oil emulsion type and it's developing properties, the development, classification and the mechanism of crude oil demulsifier Analyse the performance of different kinds of demulsifier, screen the single chemicals, choose the effective demulsifier to the super heavy oil emulsion , choose effective different kind demulsifier to complex for performance studying, optimize demulsification condition, and optimized select and finally confirm the composition of ZLYY demulsifier Use and reply the broken emulsion of ZLYY mixed and reach the broken milk fast to the ultra thick oil in Liaohe Oil Field, the profit interface is neat , and operate steadily. Test in the room, the broken emulsion is shooting the adding amount is 300mg/l, dehydrate under 80 degrees Centigrade conditions of temperature, take off and produce oil moisture content ≤2.0% in 48 hours, deviate from oil content ≤1000mg/L of the sewage . Applied the complex ZLYY demulsifier for Liaohe oil-field, achieving high speed oil of demulsification, the interface between water and oil is neat and running steadily. Testing in the lab, temperature under 80℃if adding in 300mg/l demulsifier, the water content ratio of dehydration ≤2.0%, the oil content of sewage ≤1000mg/L within 48 hours .
