Nowadays, bamboo plywood hot-pressing process is all "cold in cold out" , this kind of process has a shortage of long hot-pressing cycle , low producing efficiency and huge usage of heat and water. To solve a main problem of this process changed into "hot in hot out " process is warping and surface roughness of bamboo plywood when it is unloaded from hot press at high temperature , and the key technique of this process reform is reducing and removing warping and surface strain of bamboo plywood (refers mainly to total warping and surface roughness ).The target of the study is to explore basic regular of reason that lead to warp and surface roughness of bamboo plywood and to supply theoretical basis to bamboo plywood process reform and further study on the basic of practical manufacture and through analysis of the relation between primary technological factors and strain of products. The study determines hot-pressing temperature ,hot-pressing pressure , hot-pressing time and bamboo moisture content as primary factors affecting warping and surface strain of products on the basis of explicating total scheme and situation of practical producing , and selects six levels each factor , and then,designs the mutual test scheme according to means of multiple factors mutual test.Products finished by the means of mutual test are divided into two kinds, in which one is bamboo plywood and the other is facing one , and are checked warping degree and surface roughness to get the data of each parameter, which is analysised by SPSS and EXCELL software on the computer . The checking results of warping degree show that 75 percent of data ranges respectively from 0. 465mm, 1. 114mm and 1. 162mm to 1. 114mm, 1. 162mm and 2. 412mm and extent of total warping degree of products changes from 0. 465mm to 3.71mm.
