The New Applications Of Zeolite Type Y Seeds In The Synthesis Of Porous-materials

1960s,Break firstly synthesized NaY molecular. Because that it has higher thermalstability and acid-proof stability and good catalysis properties, it has been used in the petroleum refine industry, greatly enhance the production of gasoline, and this occurred one revolution of the petroleum refine industry. Owing to the Si/Al of NaY molecular is higher, it's skeleton needs more complicated high polymer of silicate, so we should put in some directing-agent into the solution when we use cut-price solube glass to synthesize NaY molecular. The DA is a kind of silicate, made and aged at room temperature for using. Moreover, NaY DA can promote the crystalization of A molecular, for it also has the same sub-structure βcage. This paper extend the application of NaY DA, we obtained the main results as follows: 1. We used NaY DA into the synthesization of A molecular. At 100℃,if there isn't DA the synthesization will take 5-6h,but when we put 5% NaY DA into the solution it will take only 2-3h.It's perceived that the ripe NaY DA can enhance the speed of A molecular synthesization. Futhermore, when DA lies the synthesization can be occurred at 60℃for 4h. 2. When all the silicate is supplied by NaY DA, we synthesized nano-scaled molecular of A, owing that NaY DA can supply activated nano-precursor. At the process of NaY DA, the silicate is dispelled and take a reaction with aluminate, then a large number of activated nano-precursor has been producted, and make A molecular. The advantage of this method is(:a)obviously enhance the speed of the synthesization, at 60℃it needs 4-6h and the tradition method needs 8h(;b)reduce the alkali of the system. In the tradition method the H2O/Na2O is 13—17,and the H2O/Na2O is about 25 when NaY DA lies.
