| The method of oxidation ditch is a kind of typical craft in bio-chemical wastewater processing technique. In this paper, the development process and directions of the oxidation ditch craft have been introduced, both merits and shortcomings of the oxidation ditch craft have been summed up, and aimed at the problem that it covers more the area relatively, the significance of study on the deep kessenser- integral oxidation ditch (DKIOD)'s flow pattern has been put forward. To deepen the ditch, reduce glebe-waste and expand the integral oxidation ditch's application in small and middle city, the theory support and reference have been provided in this paper by the study on such an oxidation ditch model.In this paper, the focus is placed on the DKIOD model, and on the foundation of experiment on hydro-model, the current velocity testing result of DKIOD model has been analyzed, at the same time, the current velocity at horizontal of ditch and current velocity at vertical of the straight of it have been imitated by the FLOTRAN CFD analysis function of finite element calculation software -ANSYS.Through experiment and imitated result, the distributions of current velocity at horizontal and vertical of ditch and their change laws are summarized in this paper. Combined with theories and the experimental result analyzing, the disadvantageous influent factor of deep aggrandizement of ditch has been discussed, and based on them, the improving effects, on flow patterns, of the underwater propeller, flow-leading ban, flow-leading wall and the running status of tree combining work conditions have been assessed in this paper. By analysis and compare, in this paper conclusions that, under the experimentation, when the depth of this model ditch beyond 25cm, its current velocity failed to reach the velocity under which the ditch can run normally, thus needing to be adopted the some measures to augment the lower part current velocity, have been drawn. Finally the best movement work condition of the ditch model has been put forward in the paper as well. |
