Part 1The Baylis-Hillman reaction is an atom economical carbon-carbon bond forming reaction involving the coupling of the α-position of activated alkenes with carbon electrophiles under the influence of catalysts/catalytic systems producing highly synthetically useful densely functionalized molecules,which have been extensively used in a number of stereoselective transformation methodologies and is of current interest. N-aryl acrylamides were found to be the more activated Michael acceptor than acrylamides or N-alkyl acrylamides for Baylis-Hillman reaction. The desired Baylis-Hillman products, α-Substituted acrylamide derivatives which have important application as novel radical polymerization monomers and biologically important reagents, can be obtained through the reaction of N-aryl acrylamides with aromatic aldehydes in the presence of DABCO. The densely functionalized N-aryl acrylamide derivatives in this work may provide useful clues for the preparation of novel acrylamide polymers. Part 2Nowadays, the structure of chemical industry has been changed with the development of chemical industry shiftting to fine chemistry in the world. In the past several decades, there is quite great advancement in every field of fine chemistry. However the progress in our country is relatively slow. So, it is very important to study applied chemistry which can change science and technology to productivity.Phenothiazines and its related compounds have shown diverse biological activities including psychotropic, anticancer and other pharmacological activities. Recent studies have suggested the possible interactions between phenothiazines and their physiological targets or potential receptors. 2-Cyano-phenothiazine is an important medical intermediate, lots of medicines made from it have several prominent functions, especially in treating hypertension , lunacy, cancer and easing pain. Now, this intermediatehas a large requirement in international market. We worked over it detailedly and found out a method of preparation > separation and purification of 2-cyano-phenothiazine. It is based on industrial materials and the reaction conditions are not rigorous so we could get satisfying result with high produce yield.This reaction can be operated safely and simply. The final product can be obtained with the yield of 78% and the purity of 99.3%. the content of impurity is less than 0.15%.Adamantane compounds have a variety of functions due to their special non-aromatic and rigid ring structures and receive attention in various areas. 2-Methyl-2-adamantanol is an important medical intermediate. Its derivatives acrylic ester is an important polymer monomers and may be one of the best intermediates of liquid crystal material. We studied a large number of literatures, completed many of examinations and tried to reduce the product cost and purify it. Now we found out a synthesize path and technical condition which may be competeable in market. As a result, we could easily make it transform from preparation to manufacture.Endothall is a member of the dicarboxylic acid chemical class. It is a selective contact herbicide. The potassium and amine salts of endothall are used as aquatic herbicides to control a variety of plants including plankton, pondweed, niad, coontail, milfoil, elodea, and algaes in water bodies and rice fields. Endothall is also used to control annual grass and broadleaf weeds in sugar beets, spinach and turf. It reduces sucker branch growth in hops. Endothall is a desiccant to aid the harvest of alfalfa, potatoes, clover, and cotton. With the above improvements, the synthetic conditions of endothall are very favorable to industrial production.Sodium Ozagrel, which is a selective TXA2 synthetase inhibitor, was effective in suppressing the cough response induced by capsaicin in asthmatics. Furthermore,ozagrel was effective against ACE-inhibitor-induced coughing in humans. Sodium ozagrel is considered to decrease platelet aggregation and increase cerebral blood flow by decreasing thromboxane A2, which has a platelet-aggregating and a vasoconstricting action. Sodium...
