[Objectives] Studied on the effects of reproductive of male mice by fluoride with 40th age,70th age, 90th age. 110th age. Discussed the effects of animal and human in Fluoride District, and that for animal experiment basis.[Methods] Treated 27th age Wistar mice with 150mg/L NaF water and double-distilled water. Measured the seminal fluid quality, T of blood serum , testicle pathology slices .epidermis growth factor and its receptor in 40th, 70th, 90th, 110th age .[Results] 1.In fluorine groups, the organs coefficient of testes to body failed extremely remarkable (P<0.01 ) in the 40th age , but in 70th and 90th age, there was no obvious change(P> 0.05 ), the coefficient minished extremely (P<0.01 ) in the 110th age.2. In fluorine groups, the rate of deformity increased and activity depressed were extremely remarkable (P<0.01 ). Sperm's density was gone, but the dropping was extremely remarkable in 90th and 110th age(P<0.01 ).3. Testicle pathology slices showed,the layers of cell were reduced, the thickness of the testes tuble were increased, and the diameters of testes tuble were diminished.4. In determing procession,the layers of cell were extremely reduced and the thicknesses of the testes tuble were minished (P<0.01 ) .The diameters of testes tuble were extremely minished remarkable in 40th age and 110th age (P<0.01 ),but the diameters of testes tuble minished were remarkable (P<0.05 ) in the 70th age.In the 90th age, the diameters of testes tuble were no obvious variety (P<0.05 ).5. The T of blood serum were aggravated with aged. In fluorine groups, the secretion of T extremely depressed (P<0.01 ) in the 40th, 70th, 90th, 110th age .6. In the fluorine groups , the expressed quantums of leydig cell ,spermatogonia and spermatocytes were extremely depressed(P<0.01 ) in the 40th age,,but the spermatid and the junks of testes tuble were no obviously various (P> 0.05 ). The expressed quantums of leydig cell ,spermatogonia , spermatocytes , spermatid and the junk of testes tuble were no obvious difference (P> 0.05 ) in 70th ,90 th,110 th age.7. The expressed quantums of all measured targets were lessened in 40th age,70th age and 90th age,but for spermatid were extremely knocked down in 40th age and 70th age(P<0.01 ). the junks of testes tuble were obviously depressed in 90th age(P<0.01 ). In 110th age,all targets were no obvious change (P> 0.05 ),but the quantums were increaced. The junks of testes tuble were added in the 110th age (P<0.05 )[Conclusions] Excessive fluoride injures testes tissue which can go into blood tesiis Protective Screen. So the sperm can be deformed and no activity . And excessive fluoride can harm the sperm.Meamwhile it can effect the level of T which testes secret, it can impact on the EGF and EGFR which can regubte the function of testes and the measurement of sperm.
