As a new series of inorganic functional material, magnetic nano-particles are applied on immobilization of enzymes, target medicines, isolation of cells and so on in biomedical area. Now, the method about the preparation of magnetic nano-particles, usually it being Fe3O4, lays emphasis on coat of the macromolecules, which is a complex process.Layered double hydroxides are a kind of two dimensional nanometric material, represented typically by the hydrotalcite Mg6A12(OH)164H2O. The structure of it consists of brucite-like, positivel charged layers of magnesium and aluminum hydroxide octahedral sharing edges and has interstitial carbonate anions to charge compensate. Water molecules are also between the metal hydroxide layers. Layered double hydroxides (LDHs) can be obtained, when Mg2+, A13+ and CO32- are substituted by other cations or anions.That constitutes of LDHs is controllable, encourage us prepare a series of hydrotalcites containing Zr, such as CoFeZr-LDHs,...
