The process system engineering is as much as an advanced extension of chemical engineering. This article, analyzed the well-posedness problem of relative mathematical model by means of a concrete simulation example, is the fruit of combination of classical chemical engineering and differential equations theory .The mechanism of non-catalytic oxidation of cyclohexane process ,which is widely used in industry, has been studied , the results of simulation for reaction kinetics and gas-liquid loop reactor in serials model is obtained .Combined to analyze Lipschitz ,the well posness and stability problems has been described. By the way, the article also traced the problem of the mathematic model in document, and give the new modified forms stand on stability theory and chemical reaction engineering theory. The results obtained can also provide the basis for analyzing the correction of other kinetic and reactor models.
