Membrane absorbers is a novel separative equipment, which combine the conventional gas absorption and membrane process. It was a high efficiency technique for removing the acid gas, and can avoid the disadvantages of traditional scrubbers. Owing to their high specific surface area, membrane absorbers provide higher volumetric mass transfer rates than convention scrubbers.Through the comparison of SO2/CO2 membrane absorption performance, the reason of deviation on the mass transfer performance was explained. It is different to the previous viewpoint that the extent of ionization is the key factor, in this paper, the opinion is that this phenomenon is arisen of the special reaction SO2 and OH-. When the reaction of SO2 and OH- occurring, the first step is much faster than the second step. In order to illuminate this phenomenon, through experiment research, the results show that the key affection for the mass transfer performance is reactive rate.In this paper, the membrane contaminated was be researched and it is...
