The pollution caused by the washoff of urban stormwater runoff from surface is the critical part of the non-point pollution. With deepened the control of the point pollution, it is serious day by day that the receiving water is polluted by urban stormwater runoff.The components in the urban stormwater runoff are very complicated, and its range of concentration change is very big, so it is very difficult to dispose of the urban stormwater runoff. In order to control and dispose the pollution of urban stormwater runoff better, it is necessary to learn the change characterization of pollutant concentration and master its change law. Based on the physic proceed of stormwater runoff pollution, the dynamic model of urban stormwater runoff quality and quantity was built in the hydraulics way in this thesis. According to the information of 3 rainfall events, the pollutograph, hydrograph and first flush effect of the gutter inlet was simulated. The results accord with the measured values, which verified the validity of the model. At last, the model was programmed with the combination of Excel and Visual Basic. The model contribute not only to select and design the facilities to treatment stormwater runoff pollution but also to plan rationally the control scheme and optimize the composition of various techniques, which can bring about a striking effect. Meanwhile, it provides the quantization data to design the facilities of making use of stormwater runoff.The simulation of distribution of long-term stormwater runoff pollutant load is the prerequisite to design the urban stormwater management system and municipal facilities. At the same time, it is helpful to analysis and assess the polluted degree of receiving water from the urban stormwater runoff. Therefore, the probability model of urban stormwater runoff pollution load is deduced in the last part of this thesis, which has the characters of the simulations based on physical process. The simulation test to long-term runoff pollution load is conducted with the method of Monte Carlo random sampling, and the distributional characteristics and characteristic values of pollution load can been educed, which provide the quantization data to control and manage the quality of receiving water.
