Alkaline Peroxide Mechanical Pulp (APMP)is a new type of pulping technology developed in 1990s. It has many advantages, such as high yield, high brightness, high strength ,little pollution, simple procedure,etc. It is the most competitive type of pulping technology in nowadays.This paper developed the improved APMP pulping technologies of 3 At the same time it studied its chemical ingredients, fiber properties , pretreatment , impregnation, bleaching, the changes of the chemical ingredients in pulping and the structure of the IR of the raw material and the pulp.This paper studied the improved APMP technologies of Dendrocalamopsis oldhami. At first bamboo chips were pretreated with NaOH and Na2SO3 , then they were impregnated after the pretreating bamboo chips were broken by refiner. At last the pulp of impregnation was bleached.In the chemical ingredients of Dendrocalamopsis oldhami, the ash content is 1.13%, the hot water extractive content was 1.13% , alcohol-benzene extractive was 2.79%,Clason lignin content was 27.6%, l%NaOH extractive content was 26.71%, pentosan content was 19.76%, cellulose content was 44.43%.The fiber length of Dendrocalamopsis oldhami was 1.92mm, the fiber width was 24.96 μm, the fiber thick was 12.45μ m, the cell diameter was 12.51 μ m. Because its cellulose content was high and its fiber properties was between narrow-leaved timber and broad-leaved timber.
