As an unclean fuel, the air pollution caused by coal combustion is an very difficult problem facing to our human being, and also an important factor to forbid the continuous development of the economy and the society. Some heavy metals and its compounds existed as submicron particulate have so much toxicity even in their low concentration. What's more, they have a long period existing in the atmosphere and are difficult to degradation. Besides, they can deposited in organism and transform to more harmful organic compounds and do a direct hurt to people. In recent scientific research, the study of the emission of the trace heavy metals has been an new and advanced area and is more and more being cared. The demand and regulation will be more and more abroad and rigid since people are attaching more and more importance to the environmetal protection. So this article studied this pollution problem. Namely, we researched the rules of the creation of the heavy metals during the burning of the coal. The article included five parts:1.Through contrast research on test in pretreating the sample, we improved the previous pretreatment on sample and set up a series of an effective pretreating project, which discomposed the sample by microwave.2.The occurrence of the heavy metals in coal was showed. We also studied the adherent relation between the fly ash and the sulfate in coal and the heavy metal using the method of mathematical statistics. From these, we established the regression equation and correlation corfficient of them.3.The volatilization and evolution performance of the trace heavy metals was reviewed. We classified the heavy metals according to its features and occurrence, and studied the effect that the burning temperature, burning atmosphere and burning time impacted on the volatilization of heavy metals.4.The conversion mechanism of the combustion process of heavy metal elements was studied. We summarized the law of heavy metal's enrichment and transfer in the combustion products, studied the distributing characteristic, deciaed the allocation proportion of those according to samples gathered from several representative furnaces and also studied the method of early control basis on the control principle of heavy metal pollutants.5.Through the experiment, we showed the effect and function between washing-coal art and accession of sorbent applying in control the blowoff of heavy metal pollutants.
