Environmental Informatization And Its Application In Environmental Noise Monitoring Management

At present, the auto monitoring of water and atmosphere has possessed quite scope and technique in china. The city environmental noise pollution is instantaneous and its spatial distribution is discontinuous, so only the multi-sample method and the improvement of monitor frequencies can make the result responding the actual environmental noise pollution level. There are many deficiencies in the item development of environmental noise online auto monitoring system, and the development of this system becomes the urgent task of monitoring department.The information center of Harbin environmental protection bureau study the object and contrive the noise online auto monitoring system. There are four parts in this system: fore-intelligent meter; noise data administer center; noise data dispose center; analyse software. The fore-intelligent meter sent noise data through network to environmental supervise department.This paper optimize the city area environmental noise gridding of Harbin city, then monitor noise online on optimized position and study the noise data for searching the rule of noise. This study can make sample for the national scale noise online auto monitoring, and offer some advises for the amelioration of this system.
