Recently, the studies on bulk amorphous alloys have achieved a great development. It is very important to further study the corrosion behavior of bulk amorphous alloys in theory and application. the electrochemical corrosion behavior of (Fe40Ni40P14B6)100-xGax(x = 0,2.5 and 4.5 ) amorphous alloy Fe48Cr15Mo12.5Nd3-Dy0.5C15B6 bulk amorphous alloy and their crystallized (annealed 1024K and 1133K in thirty minute) alloys and Cu47Ti34Zr11Ni8 bulk amorphous alloy and their crystallized (annealed 717K and 803 K in thirty minute) alloys have been investigated by electrochemistry workstation, scanning electron microscope, X-Ray diffraction, DSC and other instruments. The results show that compared with stainless steel, ( Fe40Ni40P14B6)100-xGax ( x = 0,2.5 and 4.5 ) amorphous alloy exhibits a better corrosion resistance. Weight loss of the sample is less. The surface is cleaner and does not fade after immerging for a long time. the polarization curves show that the corrosion rate of the amorphous alloys decrease and improves the corrosion resistance and the self-corrosion electric potential of ribbon amorphous alloys with the increase of Ga content in amorphous alloys. The Cu47Ti34Zr11Ni8 and Fe48Cr15Mo12.5Nd3Dy0.5C15B6 bulk amorphous alloy structure transformation annealed in vacuum was analyzed with X-Ray diffraction and DSC thermodynamic measurements. The result shows that the temperature is higher than Tx, the amorphous structure will be crystallized. The different crystalline phases appear. The corrosion behaviors of bulk amorphous Fe48Cr15Mo12.5Nd3Dy0.5C15B6 and their crystallized (annealed 1024K and 1133K in thirty minute) forms in 1mol/L H2SO4 solution were studied by potentiodynamic polarization experiments and the corrosion behaviors of bulk amorphous alloy Cu47Ti34Zr11Ni8 and their crystallized (annealed 717K and 803K in thirty minute) forms in 3.5% NaCl and lmol/L HC1 solution were studied by potentiodynamic polarization and weight loss experiments.Compared with the crystallized alloys, the bulk amorphous alloy have better corrosion resistance. The corrosion rate of the crystallized alloys obviously increases and the corrosion resistance of the crystallized alloys decrease with the increasing of temperature.
