The content of heavy metal had heightened slowly before 1997, had descent in 1998, had heightened rapidly from 1999 to now. Pollutant of city, construct of port, shipping waste influence the environment of Zhifu Bay so much.The letting of polluted water in Yantai Port is the main factor of influence. The water dynamic condition in Zhifu Bay is feeble, which is not benefit to the dissemination of contaminations.
