Soy protein isolate is used to form edible packaging film。 Firstly, cross-linking agent glucose, reducing agent sodium sulfite and preservative calcium propionate respectively is added to the solution of edible film。 Then two or three components are mixed to the solution of films at the same time. Lastly, the mechanical properties, resistance of permeability of water vapor, oxygen penetration, permeation of ray ,and white degree are manifested the functions of edible packaging films. The function of the film only mixed glucose is better than others, so the further research is needed in the future.Soluble starch and glucidex respectively is added to the mixed solution of soy protein isolate, then edible composite packaging films are made. The functions of films are manifested through mechanical intension, the ability of vapor shielded, white degree, and permeation of ray. The excellent edible composite packaging films are founded out. The result is gained that the number 11 (SPI-5%W/V soluble starch ) composite film is the best of all the films.Soy protein isolate and wheat gluten protein are mixed together to form composite films under the experiment of orthodoxy. The functions of films are manifested through three parts. Mechanical intension, the ability of vapor shielded, oxygen penetration are tested to reflect the function of physical chemistry; Seeing indexes are exhibited through white degree and permeation of ray; Nutrition target is behaved from intercourse among proteins. The conclusion is exciting. The functions of protein composite films are more excellent than protein-amylose films.
