Unite station oil-water separation is an important approach to implement crude oil dehydration and separation, it keeps connect directly with crude oil quality and economy benefit of crude production. Unite station oil-water separation includes two part-sedimentation dehydration and electricity dehydration. But the speech from controlling from the angle, its course is multi-input multi-output system, there exists serious coupling phenomena among variables and many interfering factors, the system is difficult to be controlled, and there are no too much information to be measured in separated course. With the scale of controlling system is more and more large and forming the complicated large system ,resulting in controlled object controller and controlled risk and objective become increasingly intricacy. The conventional control theory and control method are not applicable to complicated system, thus, it is more necessary to design the better controlled capability fuzzy controller. In this thesis, bring forward a new self-applicative fuzzy control algorithm that regulates the degree weight of the error and error changing to search the fuzzy control rule amending factor that base on campanulate function and simulink the system that integral controller in series and parallel connection and integral in fuzzy value .analyzing Fuzzy control system stability extend condition question by line matrix inequation theory .simultaneity, being base on Unite station oil-water separation coupling phenomena among variables we decoupling to variables of controlled system by variables decoupling self-adaptive control method. This thesis includes : the self-adaptive fuzzy controller's study and simulink that base on campanulate function and a fuzzy stability analysis ,bringing forward a campanulate numbership function regulates the error and the error change to amend the rule factor then regulate the fuzzy control rule and simulink the system that integral controller in series and parallel connection and integral in fuzzy value, obtaining some outcomes; and basing on lyapunov stability criterion and aiming at T-S fuzzy dynamic model and bringing forward a new entending condition baseing on line matrix inequation. In the part of fuzzy decoupling self-adaptive control, presenting math model and basic problem of variables coupling of Unite station oil-water separation, then actualizing fuzzy decoupling control by variables decoupling self-adaptive control method, simulinking a analogical system model and obtaining a conclusion.
