The Research And Application Of Hydrogenate Catalyst DZ-1A For Reforming Units

There is a pretreatment reactor in the catalytic reforming units of Daqing Petro-chemical company.It is used for getting rid of the impurity such as sulfur, nitrogen and chlorine etc and provided the properly reforming feedstock.Thus the company wants to manufacture hydrogenate catalyst named DZ-1A.This paper discussed the research and preparation of the catalyst DZ-1A.It had good performance at the catalytic reaction.The catalyst was developed with y -Al2O3 as support and Mo-Co-Ni as active metal components.This new catalyst was testified to meet the required of desulphuration and very good at hydrogenatting of monotone under the process conditons of 1.22MPa,250 ~ 310℃,LHSV=1.5 ~ 2.5h-1,H2:oil=110:1.The parameters of hydrogenate oil was as follows:the content of arsenic was less than 1.0 μg/kg,the content of sulfur and nitrogen was less than 0.5 μg/g, the content of chlorine was less than 5.0 μg/g and bromine value was less than 1.0gBr2/100g oil.The evaluation of the catalyst showed that its stability and adaptability to various feedstocks were good.Catalyst DZ-1A had accomplished the work in laboratory and the expand work in industry.The commercial application of catalyst DZ-1A was successful in Daqing Petro-chemical company.We loaded 10.67 ton catalyst DZ-1A into the reforming units and the units ran in good condition.
