Petroleum acid in the fraction oil is the main reason that the fraction oil processing equipment to corrode, fraction oil product operational perform(?)nce unqualified. With the advancement of world fuel oil cleanliness speeding up(?) process of removing petroleum acid from fraction oil must think of the environment(?) protection and the highly efficiency.At present ,in our country, contains the sour crude oil, the heavy crude process load increases year by year, but many refineries because the hydrogen source is insufficient still used traditional the sodium hydroxide wash-electricity technology to remove the petroleum acid in the fraction oil. There are many disadvantages in the sodium hydroxide wash-electricity technology: the emulsify seriously, the amount of vitriol and sodium hydroxide and waste water is big, and what's more, as the processing crude oil composition changing, adjustment product quality or the installment process capability, emulsification appear between the oil and lye, the quality of refined oil is unqualified and so on the question can appear repeatedly. But ammonia method also appearance many questions such as the amount of organic solvent is big, the refine rate is limited which limited the method application.In view of the above questions, we study the fraction oil depickling solvent to refine distillate oil, and propose the method for the first time which refine distillate oil with 40%w sodium hydroxide-water solvent and the TS-1 extractant. At first, in laboratory we studied the highly concentrated lye and the TS-1 extractant operational performance and operating conditions, and determined the feasibility of two kinds of solvent. Second, we evaluates the best laboratory operating condition of the fraction oil depickling solvent, and carries on the depickling experiment to the different acidity fraction oil; study the inspection of the depickling solvent recovery mode, the recycling condition, and recycling petroleum acid; analyzed the changement between the refined oil and unrefined oil; bring up the principle technical process. In the laboratory research foundation, the fraction oil depickling solvent technologies carries on the industry test in the Zhonghai Asphalt limited Liability Company and obtains the success.The experimental result showed that, the fraction oil depickling solvent technology has wide scope of material oil, and the sodium hydroxide amount used to drop 67~75%, emulsifies completely eliminates, the fraction oil loss drops 50~60%; The depickling solvent regenerative cycle use, doesn't have the waste lye to discharge,the environmental pollution is degraded greatly. Refined diesel oil acidity under the laboratory best operating condition to fall from 117.65mgKOH/100ml to 3.91mgKOH/100ml, petroleum acid removing rate reaches 96%; In the industry test the fraction oil acidity is lowest may reduce to the zero. The petroleum acid achieves petroleum acid level of 65* quality specifications (SH/T0530-92). The fractiop oil depickling solvent technology use existing fraction oil sodium hydroxide wash-electricity technology's process unit, only must increase the depickling solvent recovery system, the technological transformations expense are few, has the good development and application prospect.
