| Based on measured non-uniform heat flux and considering surface powder and gap slag at the same time, the calculation of billet temperature field is not so much, but the calculation of billet temperature field, slag's lubrication and heat transfer is necessary for researching slab defect and rational technics operation. So, based on measured heat flux and "Surface Renew" theory, the paper develops a three-dimensional model of billet-slag-mold. Otherwise, velocity changing has a great influence to the shape of meniscus, heat transfer between slab and mold and slag's lubrication. It's the main reason for bring slab defect, breakout and crack. For this reason, on the base of the second chapter, the paper realizes continuous calculation method in velocity changing calculation. Above this calculation, billet temperature field, surface powder temperature field and the thickness of slag between mold and slab were obtained. The result of calculation accord with the internal and oversea reports. Analyzing datum of heat flux of continuous velocity changing processing, the changing of datum don't have a rule. So the changing of temperature field is complex in velocity changing processing.Moreover, the lubrication function of liquid slag flowing into the gap between mold and slab is one of the slag's most important functions. Based on viscous fluid dynamics theory, the paper computes and analyzes the flowing velocity and behavior of liquid slag between mold and slab. The results of calculation show that state of flowing in or out of molten slag in an oscillation cycle relate to mold oscillation parameters. It couldn't simply measure off with positive strip cycle or negative strip cycle. With the increasing of amplitude and frequency, the average velocity of liquid slag minishes.Last, using OpenGL Scientific Visualization method realizes the high quality and alternate continuous casting processing temperature field visualization. |
