Nowadays,the problem of environmental pollution is getting more and more serious and 'green chemistry and environment conservation' are required by people. It is well known that vanadium compounds are used for the catalyst of oxidation reaction. But recently a great deal of investigations suggest that peroxovanadium complexes used as catalyst can have an enzyme-like effect on many kinds of organic compounds which include steady saturated hydrocarbons and aromatic compounds. It has a great future for they acting as a green catalyst to catalysis oxidation of organic compounds. Therefore the organic peroxovanadium complexes are becoming the focus of research.This dissertation studies the synthesises and oxidation of organic dye by catalysis of peroxovanadium complexes bearing organic ligands in aqueous solution. So follow the details:At first, six peroxovanadium complexes{(1)pV(ox),(2)pV(mic) ,(3)pV(teoa), (4)pV(tetra), (5) pV(beoa),(6)pV(beta) where pV=[VO(O2)1-2L]n-,in which L=oxalic acid dianion(ox), malonic acid(mic), triethanolamine(teoa), triethlyenetetramine(tera), bisdiethanolamine (beoa), bisdiethylenetriamine(beta)}was synthesized and characterized by using elemental analysis,IR, 1H NMR and 51VNMR spectra. Nowadays they have not been reported by documents except for the pV(ox).Moreover ,their chemical structure was determined on the basis of the way of research complexes' theory.After that,spectrophotometry were used to study the nuture of the above-mentioned complexes.In aqueous solution, their stable sequence were observed as followed: pV(ox)pV(mic) pV(teoa),while pV(ox)> pV(teoa) > pV(beta) are the relative effectivity order which three pV complexes catalysis the oxidation of methyl orange. Moreover,when pV(ox) catalysises the oxidation of methyl red,the speed of chemical reaction was improved five to six times if vanadyl suffate(VOSO4) was joined, the same as it was improved double to thrice if hydrochloric acid was joined.
